Oooh! I am in love with The Residence!

Okay, maybe it’s just me. But I love movies like Murder on the Orient Express, Knives Out, Clue, and Murder Mystery. So, when I happened on the first episode of The Residence on Netflix, I was hooked immediately. Uzo Aduba is the perfect quirky investigator smarter than everybody, especially her FBI counterpart, Randall Park, and the police chief, Andre Braugher, in this Shondaland production. What is she investigating? Murder at the White House. The Chief Usher was found murdered, and there were so many potential killers under the roof that night, including 140 plus guests attending a state dinner, at least three of them uninvited. The quirky investigator, Cordelia Cupp, interviews them all overnight as she continues to check off her list of birds on her bird-watching list, she narrows down the suspects using analogies for those birds. Very interesting.
